When do I get the certificate?
Straight away. When you pass the final exam you download the PDF on the same screen. It has a QR code your employer or an inspector can scan to check it.
What if I do not pass?
You see which modules to review and take the exam again for free whenever you like. You pass with 21 correct answers out of 30.
Will my employer in London accept it?
UK law requires food businesses to make sure food handlers are supervised and instructed and/or trained in food hygiene for their work. It does not require a specific provider or a certificate, so it is up to each employer. Our certificate is a certificate of completion, not a regulated qualification, and your employer can check it online with the QR code.
