Refund Policy

Individual courses

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as you have not started the final exam (the final test, for the allergen course). When you start the exam you agree that the digital service has been fully provided, and the right to cancel ends.

Level 2 comes in English and Spanish: starting the final exam in either language counts. If you bought two courses in one payment, each course is treated on its own.

Spain's certificate

Spain's course and exam are free, and you pay only for the certificate, after passing. Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund it in full. The certificate is then cancelled and can no longer be verified.

Team packs

Within 14 days of purchase we refund any places that have not been assigned to a learner. Places already assigned are refunded only if that learner has not started the final exam.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@hygieneready.com from the email of your account. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe, and the course is locked again.

Technical problems

If something on our side stops you from finishing the course, tell us and we will fix it or refund you, whatever the date.
