Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use as few as possible.

Always on (needed for the site to work)

• Login session: keeps you signed in to the course. It is set by Clerk, our sign-in provider.
• Course progress: your progress and certificates are saved in your browser's local storage so you can carry on where you left off.
• Country choice: remembers whether you picked UK or Ireland prices.
• Checkout: Stripe sets cookies on its payment page, to process the payment safely and prevent fraud.

Visit statistics, without cookies

To see which pages are used, each page you open adds one to a daily count of that page, by country, the site you came from and the type of device (phone, tablet or computer). This uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, and we do not keep your IP address or anything else that identifies you.

Only if you choose to

• Course videos: some lessons include videos hosted on YouTube. They load only when you press play, and YouTube may then set its own cookies.

Changing your choice
