With HygieneReady the course and the exam are free. The certificate costs A$19, GST included, and you only pay if you pass.

Not nationally recognised. HygieneReady gives a certificate of completion for food handler training. It is not a food safety supervisor certificate. If your employer asks for nationally recognised training, this course is not it.

How much is the food handler course?
The course and the exam are free. The certificate costs A$19, GST included, and you only pay if you pass.
Do I have to pay to start?
No. You start the course with no sign-up and no card, and take the exam for free. You only pay at the end, if you pass and want to download the certificate.
What if I do not pass?
You pay nothing. You see which modules to review and take the exam again for free, as many times as you need. You pass with 21 correct answers out of 30.
Are there fees or a subscription?
No. It is a one-off payment for the certificate. There are no monthly fees and no charges for retaking the exam or downloading the PDF again.
How much is it for a business?
There are certificate packs: 10 for A$150, 25 for A$325, 50 for A$550, plus GST. Your team takes the course for free. Email us and we will set it up.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of paying for your certificate and we refund it in full. The certificate is then cancelled and can no longer be checked online.
Is this nationally recognised?
No. It is food handler training with a certificate of completion. If you need a food safety supervisor certificate, you need a separate supervisor course.
