What bribery is and the law
Bribery means offering, giving, asking for or accepting something of value to make someone do their job improperly.
Gifts, hospitality and conflicts of interest
Not every gift or meal is a bribe. Normal, reasonable hospitality is part of business.
Prevention, red flags and speaking up
The best protection against bribery is a clear policy, good checks and staff who feel safe to speak up.
Course content based on the Bribery Act 2010, the Ministry of Justice guidance on adequate procedures and the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.
Ready as soon as you pass. It shows your name, the course and your country's version, your score, the topics covered, the completion date, a recommended refresher date (2 years) and a QR code that anyone, such as an employer, can scan to check it online.
